The domain records of the pharmacy show the domain was initially purchased on 25th January 2021 and will continue to work till 25th January 2023. This means the pharmacy is not that old and does not have a long and established track record in the industry. So, buying their products may be less ideal although we need more information about the pharmacy to give any sort of verdict.
Scam Adviser gave the drugstore a mediocre trust score of 66 and found some severe security issues within the drugstore.
The business could be operating from the Turks and Caicos Islands and the website is protected via a third-party service that is hiding all the essential information from the general public.
They also have a live chat option, email address, telephone number, and social media profiles active through which you can get in touch with them and ask your questions.
The drugstore is not affiliated with any regulatory bodies in the world including the CIPA, Pharmacy Checker, etc. This means the drugs and other health products they are selling on their website are not cleared for human use and may contain detrimental ingredients for your health.
The drugstore is also unapproved by the Legit Script meaning something is not right with the pharmacy as they failed to secure their approval.
The pharmacy primarily sells generic men’s health drugs as well as some other health products at its online shop.
Some of its popular drug categories are:
- Acne, Asthma, Breathe
- Brain Tumor, Cancer
- Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
- Tuberculosis, Skin Infections
- Vitiligo, Wounds, etc.
The pharmacy offers both prescription and OTC drugs at its online store. While prescription drugs require a valid prescription while OTC drugs are available without a prescription.
The prices look reasonable and within the reach of most individuals. However, the quality of these drugs is questionable as there is no FDA certificate on their website to endorse these products for human use. They are also offering some very good deals and offers for both new and returning customers making their drugstore an attractive destination for purchasing drugs.
On their website, they mentioned VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Skrill as accepted payment options at the checkout page. The ordering process is easy and convenient and only takes a few minutes to complete if everything is fine.
However, they are using fake SSL seals on their website instead of genuine ones, which is usually a sign of a possible rogue pharmacy that does not care about protecting user data during checkout.
The pharmacy claims to offer a hassle-free delivery of all their products worldwide even though they did not disclose the available shipping options and the charges associated with it. We assume they will disclose their options at the time of placing your order, but this is definitely not an ideal way to do business as most customers would want to have those options before placing their order.
The pharmacy does not have a testimonials page of its own where their prospective customers could have checked the PowPills.com reviews posted by their past customers.
However, Trust Pilot does have 8 reviews posted on its platform all of which are positive and full of praises. Another thing is that the owner of them only posted one review to date making these reviews less trustworthy despite being available on an external platform.
The drugstore is now and hence, has some issues, which could deter some of their prospective customers. They also did not disclose their shipping options and the charges at their Homepage and also do not have SSL protection on their website. All these things make the website very hard to recommend. Therefore, look for alternate options for your medications to safeguard your health and well-being.
We give PowPills.com 2 out of 5 stars based on our findings.

SCAM – bad pills, no option for refund. The pills I ordered from powpills.com are not effective. They arrived almost one month later than promised. When I asked for refund options, I was told “will let you know soon as I ask my seniors.” I followed up once each week for 5 weeks but never received another response. DO NOT TRUST POWPILLS. SCAM.
Good day, Steven! Thank you for leaving a comment and letting us know about your experience.
